More than 3/4

Breakfast until 6:00 pm | lunchtime with a warm dish from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm | afternoon snack from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm | Dinner from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. It is called 3/4 board, but in truth, it is and tastes like full board. The ingredients: regional, seasonal, fresh. It’s in the taste!

Fresh waffles, all kinds of egg dishes, crepes... what would you like for breakfast? Lunchtime soups and freshly prepared hot dishes: The show kitchen is ideal - at THE MONIKA your 5-star holidays in South Tyrol are culinary delights at a higher level.

H2O pure & with Swiss pine

At dinner, or rather, at the “star-worthy connoisseur dinner”, 2 types of Sesto mountain spring water are served free of charge: Aqua pura or Aqua with Swiss pine flavour. This gesture is praiseworthy, sustainable, refreshing and healthy.

Delicious cuisine accompanied by fine wines: You should treat yourself. Treat yourself also to the weekly guided wine tasting in the hotel’s own wine cellar. PS: I always take a fine selection of wines back home.

Chilling at the bar

Our barman is a passionate bartender; you can tell and taste it. His selection of rums, whiskeys and gins is impressive - his cocktails are smooth and delicious. My personal highlights are the Vesper Martini James Bond & Gin Basil Smash frozen.

Eating out

Other places also serve pure deliciousness: The apple strudel in Rifugio Fondo Valle is poetry on a plate, the Marende snack on Klammbach Alps a true joy. The Alpine dairy Sesto produces delicious cheeses, the Steinmetz butchers offer excellent Speck cured ham and sausages and Alpe Pragas sells exquisite jams and juices.

BREAKFAST UNTIL 6:00 PM

Exactly the thing for late-sleepers and “I don’t do mornings” people: breakfast until 6:00 pm. If you miss the breakfast buffet from 7:30 am to 10:30 am (SAT and SUN to 11:00 am), you can order your favourite dishes à la carte (no extra charge).
