I am ANTON, the sporting ace. A day without sport is like Christmas without snow, or Easter without Easter eggs. I love testing my own limits. That’s how I recharge my energy levels and get a kick out of life. It’s an absolutely extraordinary feeling, to hang in the ropes on the Three Peaks and to pull myself up bit by bit... with nothing but a sheer drop below. I also recharge my batteries with tours of the unique natural landscape of the Sesto Dolomites, in the summer with backpack and walking boots, in the winter on snowshoes.

Three Peaks

As a child, my favourite ice cream was called Dolomiti - it was in the shape of the Three Peaks. These days, I prefer the “taste” of the real-life mountains. The summits of the Sesto sundial and the pastures around Sesto are simply perfect. In the summer with mountain boots, in the winter on snowshoes.

Stoneman

My first love is my girlfriend, my second my bike. Here in Sesto, every day is full of ups and downs. I am incredibly proud of having conquered the Stoneman: Man, that was tough and ace at the same time. If you prefer to set off with others, join the Bike Academy, where THE MONIKA is one of the partners.

Dolomites without borders

With 12 via ferratas through the Dolomites - what a thrilling idea. I love the via ferrata of the Three Peaks to Rifugio Comici and the Strada degli Alpini, which is probably the best-known via ferrata. Simply phenomenal, full of views, ingenious.

Giro delle Cime

Fast boards and sharp edges are my elements in the winter. Every time I come here, I have to do the Giro delle Cime at least once: 34 km, 5600 m elevation. When I finish carving over all 110 km of pistes in the Sesto Dolomites, I use the free ski express to Plan de Corones. It has three letters: TOP!

What else could you want!

If your thing is cross country skiing, you can enter the 200 km network of tracks to Val Fiscalina, Lago di Braies and more directly at THE MONIKA. Free snowshoes are waiting for you at the activity & sports hotel in the Dolomites. Winter hikes are always fun, as is swimming. In the summer, golfing, boating and Nordic Walking also entice you.
